He Said What? Response To Thursday Trivia (October 11, 2018)

Trivia Question: I posted this question on my Instagram page and asked my tribe for their reponse.

“Ambitious Leaders...let’s try out a Thursday Trivia.

It’s performance review time and your ‘not so smart’ (or so he is called) supervisor has told you that you’re not doing as good as you KNOW you have. Besides, you have receipts (results) to prove it. “

Your first reaction is:

A. You get heated...tell him ‘Boy Bye. I know I’m good.’

B. Ask for specific areas of concern and ask him when you were observed not meeting the expectation. Ask for clarification about expectations.

C. Thank him for the feedback but let him know you would like a follow up meeting. You then collect your receipts and return to show off your awesomeness.

D. Just let it go and accept what you’re told. Won’t make a difference anyway. Ok, let’s chats.

What do you feel is the best response?

I received lots of great responses and I want to share my recorded answer. Click the video below to watch. What are your thoughts?
