Five Days of Fall Fashion-Day#5: What a Dapper Dons in Winter
It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally here. I think it is safe to say that Winter has officially arrived. It is COLD maaan. Gents thank you for being ever so patient. I wanted this blog post to come before we saw the first storm hit us.. So let me type this one quickly.
A lot of guys get downright CON-fused when it comes to dressing for cold weather. They can’t figure out how to strike a balance between cool (meaning, you are so cool man) and cool (meaning this cold weather is so not cool dude). Hokie, absolutely…but hopefully you get the point.

What we will be sharing with you today are wardrobe staples for every gentleman who wants to be regarded as stylish but still keep his butt from taking a bite from the bitterness of winter.

To keep himself warm, a dapper sticks with tried and tested products that add longevity to his wardrobe. Really, he protects himself against the elements at all cost. A thick button down plaid shirt layered under a fitted cardigan or a thick knit sweater, a designer scarf, loose fitting denim (never walking with his crotch on the floor), work prairie boots and oh oh…that hot cup of tea/coffee, his wrist watch and well of course his ‘cellie’. Wardrobe staples need not be items that are on trend. They should however, be classic enough to move him through seasons to come.
