Fierce ‘n’ frugal- Headgear

I recently attended a fabulously fashionable event called Fuze: Spring Trend Report where I was introduced to ‘Oh dina’ headgear. My my my, need I say more? Old world glamour added to 21st century chic= knock your socks off fierce. I created a set combining the head gear, vintage clothing and accessories for an outfit that is less than $400.
